Return & Refund Policy
At TheFramesHouse, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Products that are used, damaged, altered, or incomplete will not be eligible for return or refund.
No Returns on Customized Products
Since our customized photo frames are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please carefully review all customization details, including:
- Uploaded photos
- Names
- Text or messages
- Design selections
before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via Phone or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Product Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 48 hours after approval.
- If preferred, you may also request a replacement or exchange (subject to product availability).
Return & Exchange Charges
The following return handling charges apply:
- Orders below ₹1,000 – ₹80
- Orders between ₹1,000 and ₹3,000 – ₹150
- Orders above ₹3,000 – Charges will be determined based on the product value and shipping cost.
These charges will either be deducted from your refund amount or added to the exchange order, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized photo frames
- Sale or discounted products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved after inspection:
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Policy Rights
TheFramesHouse reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.
